The love for our land and respect for nature are the only secrets to grow products incredibly healthy, tasty and genuine.
What we cultivate?
We grow vegetables according to the technique of rotations, in order to allow the soil to regenerate continuously, using beneficial insects and natural products. Most of the vegetables are seasonal. In spring and summer we find zucchini, peppers, eggplants, tomatoes, while in autumn-winter we harvest the many qualities of cabbage, leeks, spinach, chard, catalonia, escarole, rapini, spontaneous herbs. Salads, radishes, beets, cipollini, are cultivated throughout the year.
In our land we cultivate mainly strawberries, apricots, figs, plums, melons and watermelons. For some years we cooperate with small farms, strictly organic, carefully chosen throughout the country, which provide us with the fruit that we can not produce. For example Trentino apples, Calabria and Sicilia citrus and the grapes of Puglia.
Strawberries are the strong point of our production. Maybe you don’t know that there are hundreds of varieties that differ in color, shape, taste and smell. Thanks to our thirty years experience, today we get a high quality product, that from the first taste reminds us the amazing taste you thought you had forgotten. Strawberries are planted in August and after a loving cares that last all winter, generally fruit from April to June. Some qualities have a second flowering that gives excellent fruits even until late October.
